No Second Helpings

It’s a classic problem when it comes to weight loss:  the pot is on the table and there’s only a spoonful left, it would be a shame to see it go to waste…  So you have a second helping and feel bloated all evening and guilty because you know that you shouldn’t.  Get round it by serving each person in the kitchen, rather than at the table and putting leftovers straight in the fridge or freezer for another time.
