For 4 people.
400g of fresh tagliatelle, 750ml of liquid crème fraiche or cream, 4 tablespoons of mustard, 2 thyme leaves, 1 tin of tuna, 5 basil leaves, 5 parsley leaves, salt and pepper.
Pour the cream and mustard into a saucepan, add the thyme and bring to the boil on a medium heat, stirring.
Place the crumbled tuna in a bowl, cover and heat in a microwave for 3 minutes.
Cook the tagliatelle, following the instructions on the packet. Drain, rinse and put it onto a plate. Pour the heated sauce over it, then add the crumbled tuna, basil and parsley.
Mix it all together and season as required.
