Cannelle et Vanille
Aran Goyoaga, a Basque ex-pat now living in the U.S., created Cannelle et Vanille
as a creative outlet. An MBA-grad turned culinary guru, Aran is also a cookbook author and photographer.
The site is luminous, elegant, and subtle—full of stories of seasons and recipes, family and nostalgia.
Aran describes the site as “my blank canvas for creating anything and everything sweet that comes out of my heart,” and indeed it feels just like that; like wandering into a glowing kitchen on a cold fall day to be enveloped by smells of cinnamon and vanilla.
