Taking a flight with babies
On long-haul flights with Lufthansa, for example, baby cots are available. If you're travelling with young children, you can bring a child restraint system onboard.

If you're travelling with a baby, make sure you inform airline staff or the travel agent when you make the booking.

Feed your baby when the plane is climbing and descending, this will help them to cope better with the change in pressure

Taking a flight with toddlers
Children weighing more than 18kg don't require any specific safety measures. But do check that their seat belt is correctly fitted.

On long-haul flights, you can often choose funny cartoons and animation programs for your child by way of entertainment
