Not all relationships last. We all know this, as otherwise we’d still be dating our school boyfriends from when we were 15.

Relationships end for a myriad of reasons; it could have been the wrong person, the wrong time, the wrong place.  You might now realize, in hindsight, that the guy who seemed perfect when you were 18 was actually completely toxic.
The point is that with every relationship we grow, and we learn something new about ourselves. Each relationship teaches us something – even if it’s that going out with a guy who loves his Xbox just doesn’t work for you.
