How to let go of a grudge

Let go of any grudges

Holding onto a grudge can seriously hurt your relationship. It can eat away at you, and turn minor issues into much bigger ones.

If you have been holding onto a grudge – whether it’s that he didn’t meet you somewhere on time, or that you discovered he’s been dipping into your joint savings – it’s time to let go.

After all, if you discussed the issue and agreed to move forward then it’s only fair you hold up your side of the bargain and let go. We know it can be tough, but it’s vital for the health of your partnership.
