Professional blogger SIAN MEADES argues that Twitter, Facebook, MySpace and excess social networking is killing off relationships before they even start.
Internet dating has shaken off its taboos. It isn't frowned upon anymore and the chances are if you're not doing it yourself, you'll know at least one person partaking in some online flirtation. So it's not so strange that your romantic life will end up online. After all, the rest of your life is, isn't it? You spend your lunch break messaging friends, poking and tweeting away so it's understandable that you'd want your boyfriend to be a part of this area of your life as well.
But before you click on that “accept friend” button, think about what you're doing. You're basically giving up any privacy. And with that, you're killing the mystery in your relationship.
